Returns
Returns will be accepted only if the items shipped are defective or if a wrong size was shipped due to our error. Please contact us for a return material authorization number (RMA) prior to returning your item. Items being returned must be in original boxes and spools.

These are factory special runs. All special orders, such as non-standard products in our catalog and cut and marked tubing are non cancellable, non-refundable.
